About the role

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the support of top-tier physicians with daily lead management. This position conducts routine lead maintenance to ensure physicians are on-task and makes and receives high volume of calls and schedules appointments/meetings on behalf of top-tier physicians. The Sales Support Specialist provides assistance with project-based work as well as maintains calendar appointments and prepares schedules, itineraries, and reports. Must be available weekdays and weekends. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

What you will do

  • Conducts high-volume of incoming calls and outbound calls
  • Perform detailed documentation maintenance for cross-functional teams
  • Provides information to prospective clients and physicians
  • Schedules appointments, meetings, conferences, and maintains calendars
  • Ensures quality customer service during communications with various callers
  • Performs research using the internet and other available resources to locate and compile information
  • Uses various software applications, specifically Microsoft Office, to assemble and/or format data and reports
  • Provides assistance with special projects as requested by his/her manager/director
  • Assists with special events planning
  • Participates in call critiques which include providing feedback for co-workers and receiving feedback from co-workers, instructors and managers.
  • Relies on protocol, established procedures and prior experience to make decisions based on the company’s best interest and to the benefit of Cenegenics partners, affiliates and clients
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job

What you bring to the table

  • Must have physical ability to access all areas of the facility
  • Must be able to work in and adapt to a high-pressure stressful sales environment
  • Must be able to work rotating weekends
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Database management
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English verbally and in writing
  • Essential to have the ability to manage multiple tasks at a single time
  • HS diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM
