About the Role:
The Service Coordinator is the initial point of contact for all clients and the incumbent is responsible for tracking and scheduling consultations for follow-ups and lab reviews. In addition, the Service Coordinator is responsible for meeting with Center Physicians and Patients, to include answering phones, appointment scheduling, assisting with questions or concerns, maintaining patient requests, and updating/maintaining patient files. As the initial point of contact, the Service Coordinator is expected to always adhere to a 5-Star Client Experience Standards.
