About the Role:

BestLife is hiring a Chief of Staff who will report to the CEO and work directly with key members of our various performance health and personalized medicine organizations. We are seeking candidates with strong operational and analytical skills who have a consulting and/or investment background and want to create massive impact by working with our existing companies, leading new product launches as well as assisting with acquisitions and incubation of new companies.

The ideal candidate is someone who will get to know our leaders and company goals, build processes and accountability around leadership initiatives and dive deep to solve meaningful challenges. You will be the right hand to our leadership while we focus on high priority projects and products including our comprehensive healthcare memberships, wellness products and educational programs. The Chief of Staff will deploy hands-on leadership and diplomacy, have a proven track-record of building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and have a background working within long-established organizations through a period of discovery and change.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement and create executable strategic initiatives around those areas
  • Support processes and accountability around organizational objectives and key results
  • Contribute to planning and organizational design for various service offerings as well as new acquisitions
  • Discover and communicate insights to the greater organization
  • Facilitate and support communication/cross communication among leadership and greater organization

 

Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy, results-driven and highly analytical
  • Knowledgeable in operational execution from consulting, investments or operating capacity
  • Both tactically competent (capable of “rolling up your sleeves” and getting things done) and strategically adept with a can-do attitude (nothing is beneath you)
  • A relationship builder with high EQ and collaboration skills that allow you to be effective at influencing a variety of stakeholders, including physicians
  • A skilled communicator, both in writing and verbally, who always takes context and audience into account
  • Relentlessly focused on optimization, reaching our goals and the customer
  • Ethical and trustworthy
  • Passionate about performance health and digital health spaces
  • Skills and qualifications:
  • 5+ years progressive record of achievement at an investment firm, consulting firm or business operations
  • Experience working with leadership teams and facilitating company-wide communication

This is a remote position but Las Vegas, NV is preferred.

This is a remote position but Las Vegas, NV is preferred.
